I'm in a jumpsuit that gets tighter each time I breathe
breath, breath, breath
A silhouette shifting its arms as its legs crawling
towards me
"Come with me"
Dipped into a gourd filled with milk and honey
to drown by sweet and white
I blink a thousand lifetimes and finally stop
"Where am I?"
I look across a patch of brittle grass
to a couple sitting at a bench
A crooked woman with stubble on her upper lip
and far too much makeup frenching a transvestite
"Why am I here?"
My jaw starts to tingle...
My jaw starts to strain...
My jaw starts to stretch yet again...
over my head concealing my sight
I scream and echoes are heard
birds frightened, disperse into
my hands
I feel it
I pull my jaw back to whence it came
and look into my palms
Black asphalt blemish
I seep into the dirt, slowing my thoughts
deep breath, breath, breath
As I fought the ground the figurine trees
spit acorns at my face
And a little boy with five faces taunts me
about my bruises then laced my eyes
so I wouldn't cry for whats to come
